We are currently seeking qualified candidates for consideration to fill an open Project Scheduler position in our Program Management Services Division. This position will be located at our Client’s Orange, CT office.
This position is responsible for preparing and updating project plans using Microsoft Project 2010 software, including add-in (third party) ForProject software for Earned Value Management (EVM). The Project Scheduler will be responsible to collect project file information from multiple project/program managers on gas and/or electric utility projects. Responsibilities include building new project files, updating existing project files on a monthly basis, including construction phase work progress, reviewing and entering actual costs, revising forecasted costs, and preparation for monthly earned value reporting with variance explanation and critical path analysis. Microsoft Project will be used for cost control and EVM.

Associates degree in business or technical field
3 – 5 years of scheduling experience with basic knowledge of project planning, construction management, and cost control processes
Intermediate to Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and Project
Knowledge of Earned Value Analysis techniques
Strong organization and communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Must have a PMI CAPM or PMI-SP certification, or the ability to obtain certification within six months of hire; this is a non-negotiable condition of employment.
