Perform large and complex project management leading design teams and construction administration involving programs at small, medium and large hub airports. Lead client service and follow-through. In a team context, provide technical leadership for business development. Collaborate with teams in other offices. Grow, manage and lead a team of technical professionals in multiple disciplines. Regional travel approximately 10-15 percent.
Position can be located in our West Hollywood, Ontario or Los Angeles, CA region. Options for partial remote work available for qualified candidates. Position consists of approximately 60% technical project management and 40% practice building. This role is expected to evolve as the practice is developed.

Required/Desired Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Total 8 years of related experience of which 4 years should be in airfield civil engineering project management roles including business development.
Knowledge of airfield and FAA regulations.
Proven record of project management success at small, medium or large hub airports.
Record of accomplishments in winning consultant selections. Client relationships in Los Angeles area preferred.
Excellent written and oral communications and team collaboration skills.
BS in Civil Engineering (or related technical discipline).
California PE license (or the ability to obtain after employment).
