Project Managers lead and direct customer projects which require multiple consulting resources and high levels of functional integration. The Project Manager may interface with all areas affected by the project including end users, functional and technical staff, subject matter experts, and customer leadership to take the original project definition through to final implementation.
Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of assigned projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, goals and adherence to quality standards and project management best practices.
Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
Leading your team to deliver superior results for your client
Managing all aspects of the project, monitoring and identifying any project issues early to be able to mitigate any risk for your client including budget management
Forging strong relationships with both the clients and project teams
Development and maintenance of project plans
Issue and conflict resolution
Project team motivation and oversight
Customer communication and management
Apply creativity and existing knowledge and judgment to architect new solutions for clients
Education and Experience
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, an individual must have successfully completed the following requirements and have a progressive development through the following experiential requirements.
Bachelor degree in related field, advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in project management, consulting delivery, technology leadership and management.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience leading a project team, including managing workstream leads to drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond client expectations
Experience managing project financials, including monitoring for project issues and taking appropriate action to ensure a exceptional project completion for the client
Experience mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues, to continue to grow and develop your colleagues within the practice
Working Conditions and Travel
Job responsibilities require 25-50% travel including some overnight travel as well as weekend and/or evening work hours.
Must have or be able to obtain a valid Passport, work visa and/or similar documentation required to work in the US and Canada, to be able to undertake domestic and international travel and have the ability to retain these document(s) as needed.

Hands on experience in several Full Life Cycle implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors/HCM product, from planning to configuration through go-live a plus
Strong functional knowledge of the system
Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
