Under general direction, the Project Manager is responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team, and, in general, making sure the project is delivered within budget, on schedule, and within scope.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Bachelor’s degree; supplemented with two (2) years of project management experience.
Manages all aspects of large, complex major projects throughout the project lifecycle including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change. Takes a leadership role in promotion of project management initiatives. Build relationships and interact effectively with co-workers and leadership supporting the assigned project(s). Communicates regularly to core team and key stakeholders to strengthen team member engagement and/or influence stakeholder opinion of the process or results.
Assists user groups with development of space planning program.
Direct the activities of vendors/ consultants as required for implementation.
Performs other duties as assigned.
