This position is responsible for implementation and project management of VitalWare’s comprehensive suite of health care revenue cycle solutions. The Implementation Manager must possess excellent communication and client management skills and be a self-starter, who is able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment. The primary responsibility of the Implementation Manager is to lead successful implementations for a suite of cloud-based revenue cycle technology solutions for billing, coding, compliance, documentation, and auditing. The Implementation Manager coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans and communicates status to account management and clients. The Implementation Manager works directly with clients and is responsible for ensuring projects are implemented within contractual obligations and established timelines.
The Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing multiple client projects at one time. They will also be responsible for participating in internal projects as needed.
This role is responsible for scope management, change management, estimating impacts of scope change (timeline and cost) as well as coordinating project resources.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develops and manages project plans/schedules.
Coordinates internal and external client resources to meet goals.
Identifies risks and mitigation strategies.
Assists with development and maintenance of templates such as data requests, project plans, kickoff presentations, checklists, and project status reports.
Ensures delivery according to project timelines in order to deliver recognition according to forecast.
Works closely with Account Management, Client Development, and Development resources to ensure development and execution of appropriate project plans.
Provides internal and client stakeholders with project status reports, which may include project schedules, project plans and action plans for outstanding items.
Creates new deliverables/best practices to enhance implementation engagements.
Travel: Travel is required (25%).
Additional projects and duties as assigned.
